Lead Transaction Coordinator

Marli joined the world of real estate in 2016. She attended Katy High School before graduating from Bellville High School, then went on to receive an Associate’s degree from Blinn College in Brenham, TX.  Before becoming a transaction coordinator, she worked with wonderful agents and their teams at both Keller Williams Premier Realty and FYI Realty in Katy as a realtor. Communication, hard work, attention to detail, and dedication are some of the characteristics she prides herself on. In 2014 she married her high school sweetheart and now is the mother to two young boys who keep her on her toes. Growing up in Montana, she garnered a love and appreciation for the outdoors. Marli also enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs, and her friends. 

Director of Marketing

Anna-Marie grew up in Eagle River, Alaska, and later moved to Katy, Texas, graduating from Tompkins High School in 2018. She pursued her passion for dance at Sam Houston State University as a Dance Major. Since 2021, Anna-Marie has been immersed in the real estate world, leveraging her background in social media management and marketing for real estate agents. Her creative spirit and dedication to helping others succeed are evident in all her endeavors. Whether through dance or social media, Anna-Marie is committed to making a lasting impact and helping others shine.

Licensed Listing Coordinator

Robyn joined the world of real estate in 2016 as a young high school

student; she never imagined 17 years later she would be loving, and

working in the same industry! Robyn attended Cinco Ranch High School

(Class of 2008) and worked as a part-time after-school and summer helper

for management at Keller Williams Premier! After graduation, Robyn

retained a position as the Administrative Assistant and fulfilled this position

until she obtained her real estate license in 2011. Since she obtained her real

estate license she has worked for several successful top-producing agents

in the Katy area. Although born and raised in the Katy area, she currently

resides in San Antonio with her Fiance, Robert, and her bonus kids, Seth and

Sophia. In her free time, Robyn loves a good ole' competitive game of

Monopoly with the family, baking, and crafting with the kiddos.

Licensed Transaction Coordinator

As a Texas native and real estate professional, Braeden values the trust his clients place in him, and

strives every day to exceed their expectations.

Guided by the simple principle of putting people first, Braeden ensures that his clients will remain

educated and confident throughout real estate transactions. He provides a transparent look into the inner

workings of real estate to guarantee that his clients feel comfortable every step of the way.

Originally from Tomball, Braeden moved to Austin to receive a bachelor’s degree in biology and business

from the University of Texas. Afterwards, he relocated to Brazos Valley to begin his real estate career in

property management and sales.

Outside of real estate, Braeden can be found at local dog parks with his golden retriever Cricket, or

spending time with family and friends.

Meet Kristen, a seasoned transaction coordinator with over six years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing unparalleled customer service, she ensures that every transaction she handles runs seamlessly from start to finish.

In her professional journey, Kristen has mastered the intricacies of coordinating real estate transactions, from managing paperwork to facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders. Her dedication to excellence and ability to navigate complex processes have earned her the trust and appreciation of clients and colleagues alike.

Beyond her career, Kristen finds solace and balance through her love for yoga, which she practices regularly in her free time. She is also a devoted mother to two wonderful kids and a cherished fur baby, bringing warmth and joy to her life outside of work.

With her wealth of experience, unwavering attention to detail, and genuine passion for providing exceptional service, Kristen is not just a transaction coordinator, but a trusted partner in every real estate journey.
