Lead Transaction Coordinator

Marli Eilers entered the real estate industry in 2016 and quickly discovered her passion for supporting agents and clients through seamless transaction management. Known for her communication skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication, Marli has built her career on providing exceptional service.

She joined Simply Polished Transaction Management in 2021 and, through her leadership and commitment, purchased the business in 2024. Today, as Owner, CEO, and Lead Transaction Coordinator, Marli continues to guide her team and clients with professionalism and care.

Beyond her career, Marli is a devoted wife and mother. She married her high school sweetheart in 2014, and together they are raising two energetic boys. Since 2023, her niece has also been part of their family, bringing even more joy to their home. Originally from Montana, Marli developed a deep love for the outdoors, which she still carries with her today. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, being outdoors, and relaxing with her dogs and friends.

Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing at Simply Polished, Katerina brings a creative edge and strategic mindset to everything she touches—from brand development and content creation to social media management for real estate professionals. With a background in both real estate and marketing, she understands the industry from every angle and knows how to craft stories that connect and convert.

Outside of work, Katerina enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two boys, embracing the everyday beauty in both home life and the world around her. Her passion for meaningful connection and eye for detail make her an essential part of the Simply Polished team.

Licensed Listing Coordinator

Robyn joined the world of real estate in 2006 as a young high school student; she never imagined that almost 20 years later she would be loving and working in the same industry! Robyn attended Cinco Ranch High School (Class of 2008) and worked as a part-time after-school and summer helper for management at Keller Williams Premier! After graduation, Robyn retained a position as the Administrative Assistant and fulfilled this position until she obtained her real estate license in 2011. Since obtaining her real estate license, she has worked for several top-producing agents in the Katy area. Although born and raised in the Katy area, she currently resides in Conroe with her Husband, Robert, their son, Bowen, and her bonus kids, Seth and Sophia. In her free time, Robyn loves a good ole' competitive game of Monopoly with the family, baking, and crafting with the kiddos.

Licensed Transaction Coordinator

As a Texas native and real estate professional, Braeden values the trust his clients place in him, and

strives every day to exceed their expectations.

Guided by the simple principle of putting people first, Braeden ensures that his clients will remain

educated and confident throughout real estate transactions. He provides a transparent look into the inner

workings of real estate to guarantee that his clients feel comfortable every step of the way.

Originally from Tomball, Braeden moved to Austin to receive a bachelor’s degree in biology and business

from the University of Texas. Afterwards, he relocated to Brazos Valley to begin his real estate career in

property management and sales.

Outside of real estate, Braeden can be found at local dog parks with his golden retriever Cricket, or

spending time with family and friends.

In her professional journey, Kristen has mastered the intricacies of coordinating real estate transactions, from managing paperwork to facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders. Her dedication to excellence and ability to navigate complex processes have earned her the trust and appreciation of clients and colleagues alike.

Beyond her career, Kristen finds solace and balance through her love for yoga, which she practices regularly in her free time. She is also a devoted mother to two wonderful kids and a cherished fur baby, bringing warmth and joy to her life outside of work.

With her wealth of experience, unwavering attention to detail, and genuine passion for providing exceptional service, Kristen is not just a transaction coordinator, but a trusted partner in every real estate journey.
